I have submitted a ticket and didnt get an answer about this. On the 13th of June I bought 800 gems of which I used 320 to buy 5 boxes o fun to celebrate my coming birthday that night. I had been experiencing a lot of lag and when I bought the 5 boxes o fun the side panel of my Black Lion UI logged this but I did not recieve the items.

As I used real money to buy those gems if I am to feel secure using your store system again I expect an error like this to be sorted. Thank you.

1: did you clean out your mailbox?? if you have 10 messages in your box you need to delete some old ones to recieve this mail.

2: If that doesnt help please file a support ticket. This sticky will explain how and where to do this

Don’t file another ticket, but update your existing one. And check your spam and junk folders, or log onto your support account to check for responses. Good luck. =)

Oops, thanks IC. I was very sure I checked the OP’s post if he allready had filed a ticket. You are off course 100% right. Never post duplicate tickets.
