Hi, I can’t seem to use my credit card to buy gems, I normally use PayPal, but decided for a change and use my credit card, maybe save a few dollars form using Paypal.

Could ask your bank, or even ask customer support at Anet, and see if they can look into the problem. Happy gaming!

If you were trying to buy 8000 gems then you could have hit the ‘security check’ CS told me about when I hit it and I’ve seen others report it too.

I was able to purchase 2 × 4000 but not 1 × 8000 to begin with. In my case no payment method worked for 8000 but PayPal was just fine with the smaller number, now I can use PayPal for 8000 if I ever wanted to, I don’t get the error.

So I think Kerin is saying, until you have made a few payments, they won’t let you do big stuff.

Hi, my bank is fine as I can buy other things. As for gems it didn’t let me buy 4K gems.
