Gem card code not valid
You will have to wait for CS to answer you. No one else has posted about having trouble with gem cards at this time. If CS hasn’t responded in 3-5 days, you can post your ticket number in the Sticky for ‘Tickets 3 Days and Older’. Good luck.

Although still don’t know what the problem is they just added for more information and I sent the cards as I received them. Anyway, I hope it will end well
