Gem cards not working....
I have bought gem cards and tried to get them to work… the redeem button does not light up or let me click it.
Best option is to contact CS. Top of Page – Support – Submit a Request.

There is no way to submit a ticket in the game. You can submit a report for a limited number of reasons, such as offensive chat, disallowed name, or botting. Again, and just for clarify for others who might read this: submitting a report in the game about purchase issues or gem card issues is not appropriate. You need to submit a ticket in order to get help with such things.
