I’ve been trying to buy gems using the in game menu but it will not even let me select the purchase option. Whenever I hover over anything related to gems it pops up with the message that my account needs to be authenticated with SMS or an app.

According to the account page (and the fact that I have the pet from setting it up) 2-step authentication via SMS is already configured and the IP address I’m connected to the game with is the exact one recognized by the system. This issue was not occurring yesterday and nothing has changed since then.

I have already tried unlinking and relinking my phone as well as deselecting remember location but the game consistently insists that authentication is not set up.

Please let me know what I can do to fix this, I would really like to give you money!
