Gem purchase not delivered and paid for

I purchased Gems today from the Black Lion Trading Company, $50.00 worth. I recieved an email from ArenaNet thanking me for the purchase, (Order number: 28528784, Order date: 9/5/2012, 4000, Subtotal: $50.00). This was approx 5 hours ago. Can you please look into this for me, i find it sad that i give you my money and you don’t deliver my Gems.
My second issue would be i would submit a ticket for this but it appears i am locked out of submitting support tickets. It says GW2 support lock out when i try to log in. The funny part about this is i can finally log onto the game after 4 days, i can log inot the forums but i can’t submit a ticket. I can supply you with a copy of the payment from paypal but didn’t want to post it here in public veiw, let me know if you need it.
Please help me out here ArenaNet.

Can’t believe you took the time to move my post but not reply………………Any chance i can get my $50.00 back or deliver my Gems, your choice. The service in here is pathetic!

I’ve NEVER had so many issues with a new game in my life. The thought of giving them $50.00 for something over and above the game and not getting it just sickens me. The thing that makes me the most mad is no one ever gets back to you, it’s like they don’t care……………..w/e

No one wants to answer my message so i put a complaint into paypal and it’s gone to the resolution centre. I feel i gave you lots of time to deliver my Gems and you have not even responded.
you do realize this is a new game that still has kinks right? give it 48 hours and if you don’t receive a refund or delivery of credits contact your bank and say that the item was not delivered and ask them to refund the money.

I do realize that Hotpocket. Do you also know they were years developing this game and had Beta testing on it? Al i’m asking for is a response, nothing more at this time. They took my money, didn’t deliver, just tell me when and it’s all good Bud. With all the issues they are having there should be someone around to answer my question. Heck, it wasn’t 2 mins they moved my post to here.
yea forum mods can move posts but have no authority to answer on behalf of ArenaNet.
also no matter how much beta testing and how long a game has been in development for there will always be major issues in the first 2-4 weeks of release as hundreds of thousands of players start playing and exploring. also never expect anything digitally purchased to be instant with how the trading post has been lately lol. anyways good luck resolving the issue in the coming days.
