the gem purchasing will not work. I am using a credit card and it is NOT a prepaid one. I click to buy $100 of gems (8000) and type in everything correctly and it will always say “unfortunately there was an error has occurred. please try again later.” I tried about 4 times(I dont remember) yesterday and I think maybe it will be fix by tomorrow, instead of continuing to try, I checked my bank account and saw no transactions. and i tried today about 2,3 times still not working. And than i saw someone said the gem will be additional charges few days later and im not sure what to do, i dont want to spend that much money on it. please someone fix it

how long will take form them if i send request? and how i cheak my request? they only give me a number and i cant find my request, thank you for you time

The CS Team allows themselves at least 7 (seven) days to respond at this time. There is no way to ‘check’ on your email (Support request). They will reply to your ticket when it has made its way to the front of the queue for your particular issue.

I had the same problem when the new skinns come out a few days ago took 24 hrs for it to go back to normall
