I bought the lunatic outfit but i really dislike it. Is there a chance i got a refund for it. I literally request refund right after i bought it. Please dont say that they have preview function. Certainly, zoomed in window is very different than 3D dimensional model.

I submitted ticket but no one replied for days.

Try to contact the support and yes, there is a preview function in the game!
Hero screen → Outfits → and there you can choose (make sure that you have “activated” outfits on the left upper corner of the preview screen).
