Tried two different debit cards. Both gave the “Unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later” Getting this with both cards on my account as well as my girlfriends account. Would appreciate any help. Ive tried keeping all info lowercase with no success. Cant find any other info and yes ive submitted a ticket.

If you have submitted a ticket, then you need only wait for assistance from CS.

I’m having the same issue of not being able to buy gems in the store. Is the problem an all-encompassing problem for everyone or is it different for each person?

im having a very similar issue, wherein im unable to purchase gems, but the store says the transaction cannot be processed or some such.

I have the same problem. Does paypal work instead?
