Hello i got problem yesterday i changed gold/gems. Today when i log in i couldnt use Gemshop other players say it is working.

What can i do to make i work? I tried delete local file + restart game , but still it doesnt work.

You need to file a support ticket. This most likely has to do with a protection that is in place to prevent someone who stole your creditcard to spent too much money on your behalf. Support can reset the bar for you.

If the Gem shop is not loading for you, it sounds like an issue for Tech Support. You can try posting in that subforum, and/or reading through some of the posts there. Also in the BLTC subforum. Sometimes, the awesomium application goes a bit wonky, and the store won’t load. You can check your protection applications to make sure they aren’t blacklisting it, as well. I know Malwarebytes did for a short time. Good luck. =)
