So… I wanted to play today, but haven’t play for a month or so, when I find I got hacked and someone else is playing on my account… I changed my email password, as well as my guild wars 2 password and added the authenticator…

Everything is fine now, I can log in and all… but that guy is still logged in and playing(or selling gold) and I can’t kick him via the disconnect button on the website, some page not found error.

Getting a little annoying… I did post a ticket hoping for help… but yeah taking a while.

Did anyone get a problem like this, or maybe have a solution?

I got the excact same issues, and did exactly as you did. However, the disconnect-link doesn’t work for me either.

They just emailed this to me:

“I am transferring your ticket to our Billing Department for further assistance. Someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible.”

I don’t get it, what does the billing department have to do with this issue?
