Okay… This is very new to me… I was doing much personal story quests today and I haven’t noticed anything wierd till now… I was walking to Divinity’s Reach to go in Tixx thingy… I went out and opened my inventory to see if I have some items to sell and I saw that I don’t have my money anymore… All what I found was 78 Silver instead of my 9 golds… Please help

I know what you mean, same thing happened to me. I had a heap of gold and was just buying stuff off the TP and all of a sudden I noticed my golds were gone!

But on a serious note does anyone else in your house have access to your account? Did you buy something and forget (happens to me sometimes)? Did you die like, thousands of times and repair your armor? Did you use thousands of waypoints in quick succession? lol. Did you put the money in your bank vault/guild vault?

Well I never put money in bank… I ported few times but not for taking 9 gold… Noone even know I am playing this game except me… Repaired armor once which costed me like 7 silver… And I never buy anything that cost more than 2 gold

Ruling out all the ingame stuff that you might have forgotten the next step is to file a ticket. It may turn out you were ninja hacked or something else out of your control and in that case they may consider it worthy of a rollback, but that removes any progress you have made since, so choose carefully if you want to proceed over missing 9 gold.

It’s not just gold, I’ve lost highend items. Others posted to open chat, and so I did, then after porting to LA, they was gone. But was an account bound item, and these can’t be sold, so didn’t make that mistake. I have submited a ticket, and report. No responce as yet. I wonder if there’s a new hack running arround. I’m not posting an open chat link anylonger.

This JUST happened to me yesterday. I was playing and then I noticed my gold was gone. I was going to buy more picks and it said I didn’t have the 4 silver or whatever to buy them.
THEN.. about 30 minutes ago it hit me to check my items.So I went through my items in my bank and 3 mini pets are gone also! I don’t know what else is missing, those were all i could recall that were “collectible”.

I was tired of doing nothing while I waited for a reply, so I did a quick google search and it led me here. Did your issue ever get resolved? Did you end up getting hacked? I don’t think it was a hack, because nothing was mailed, there is no un-authorized IP log in attempts and the mini pets weren’t sold (as per my tp log states). So that only leaves; they disappeared…

I did submit a complaint/ticket or whatever, and they replied admitting the gold was gone and asked for some more screen shots of the trading post. I really hope they fix this issue. I don’t even want to risk playing again if this could just happen again.

Hello everyone.

Yes, we would like to ask you to send a ticket to Customer Support as every ticket and every report also helps us to focus on possible errors or issues and to study them more in depth. I personally would not recommend an account roll-back for 9 gold, New Creator, but this is only my opinion, although I totally understand the feeling of frustrating that this kind of loss brings. Just make sure you provide all the details to Customer Support so they can forward the issue to the team. I will also do the same today.
