Gold disappeared, I think due to black lion market bug (lost 15gold)

Yesterday(9/19/2012) the black lion market was very buggy, it was up for a little while, I could browse items but could not buy any of them, every time I tried to buy something it would take about 10-20 seconds before saying “Sorry, your request could not be match” or something close to that, And I wouldn’t receive any of my items or lose any of my gold. So, I’m thinking no big deal, that’s fine, I’ll just wait for it to come up, And log off shortly afterwords with all my gold intact something like almost 21gold. This morning(9/20/2012) I wake up, log on and see that I only have 6 gold. This mean’s I likely wasn’t hacked and I’m guessing it eventually spent all the money I was trying to spend at the black lion market. I worked really hard for that gold and put in a lot of hours.. Please help.

Same thing has happened to a lot of us and ArenaNet hasn’t even acknowledged that anything is wrong. It has nothing to do with being hacked or anything along those lines its clearly from the bugged BLTC on 9/19/2012 hopefully by morning Devs who care read these threads and fix the problem and we all get the items/gold that was stolen from us by this buggy BLTC. If not a lot of people are going to be reallykitten off.

Not to be too harsh on aNet as things happen, but honestly it’s a deal breaker for me. In saying that hopefully they can get it fixed. Even an acknowledgement would go a long way.

What your saying makes sense, I have had same the issue and lost 13 gold. I was trying to put something multiple times but it would not go through. Anet please fix,.

I’m really quite disappointed, this is my first brush with aNet costumer support… Really lacking and disappointing so far, tickets take forever and so hard to even reach anybody. Honestly I likely will seek a refund of gw2 if costumer support doesn’t get up to par.

Customer support for this game is very small and is unlikely to get bigger due to there being no sub fee as in other mmo’s in order to fund the department. They will get to your ticket, but you need to be patient.

With over 2 million copies sold, and with the ability to buy and pay for gems with cash in game. I highly doubt they have a finance issues. I would suspect the issue being
“If we spend a million on costumer support, we would’ve only made 199million in profits!”
