Got Support Response - Not what I asked
I seen others have the same problem, take a look at this thread a couple pages back and see what others have to say about it
I finally got a reply from ANET, unfortunately I don’t think the person helping me read my ticket properly. I was told to reset my password which I did, but I am still getting the banned message when trying to log into the game.
In my ticket I mentioned I logged in, changed my email address, password, pretty much everything on my account. The response I got was to reset my password. Unfortunately my account is still banned and now waiting another 2 days. PLEASE read the whole support call before just sending a generic response.
