Guild Wars 2

hi all. just formatted my pc and reinstalled gw2. My problem is that with all graphics settings on high, the game seems to run with low settings. i updated all nvidia drivers etc. someone know how to solve this problem?

Click high res character textures for one, and turn off the frame limiter.
