My graphics card isn’t used at all in this game which gives me terrible FPS in some places in the world. Can you guys please optimize the game so it uses the graphics card? There are people that don’t have a high end Core i7 that can compensate for not using the graphics card at all.Of course every driver is up to date so it’s not my PC.

4Gigabyte Corsair XMS2 DDR2 RAM @ DDR-800

I think you should adjust your expectations from your system with just about any modern game. You need to run at min detail level.

The game is unoptimized as hell, period.I don’t whine that i can#t run the game at 60 FPS all the time because that will never happen with my system, fact is the GPU doesn’t get utilised properly and the CPU neither.

Obviously you didn’t read or understand the article.
Your CPU performance is holding back your video card. Because of this your GPU will not be able to run at it’s fullest potential.
Your video card should be adequate for “best performance” settings with your current CPU. Or possible “balanced” if you were to upgrade.
The game is quite optimized for modern hardware and does a great job keeping old systems gaming. Like the previous response, adjust your expectations, your system is at least 3 years old and multiple generations behind current.

My girlfriend is runnning a 5770 @1900x1200 and has no problems running the game what so ever.
Which driver are you useing and have you tried installing the CAP’s profiles aswell?
If you are useing the 12.8 driver try the 12.7 beta driver instead, also make sure you download and install the CAP’s driver aswell.
And what temps are you getting on your CPU and GPU when gamming?

A Q8400 is not holding back a HD5770 what are you talking about?I have no problems running other games.Of course i’am not running them in highest settings but i don’t do it in GW2 either. This CPU,while not the greatest wouldn’t even bottleneck a 6850/70.
@Brem,my temperatures are all good.55 degree celsius on my Q8400 and like 70 celsius on my graphics card when gaming. My PC is also free from dust.
Driver is 12.8 with the newest CAP installed.
EDIT:My FPS are really good in some areas 40-60 FPS but in some places it just takes a huge nosedive.
