Guild Wars 2

Hey all, I’d like to ask a question or two regarding the graphics in the game.

I run the game maxed exept reflections, but I notice that in some places the game doesn’t look like it is maxed, “eg lions arch floor and in general the floor itself” I sometimes notice that it looks somewhat low res, or has low textures. Is this normal?

Also I notice very little foliage around, like in the wendon steps, there is some patches of weeds around, but not much grass or such.

Oddly enough with both at max graphics, my boyfriend’s NVIDIA computer seems to show a lot more detail than my AMD in some areas. Since you don’t have any images, I can’t tell you if your textures are normal or not…

And some places have more foliage than others. They kept it on the tame side for those on low end computers, I think.

Huh, no, I guess that’s normal. When you really look at some of the textures, they aren’t the greatest. I can’t say I’ve really even noticed… they look better the further you zoom out haha. It’s no Skyrim (mods or not).

Weird haha, must be me having one of my trademarks concerns that something doesn’t look right haha. I get that sometimes, thanks for the screenshots good to see it’s not just me haha. What server do you play on
