I recently got a new computer (a 21.5" iMac) to upgrade from my mid 2010 Macbook, and for some reason there is a green hue over the whole game. It looks like what happens when you put the tint setting too high on TVs. Know that I am running the PC client on a windows partition, so this isn’t a mac beta problem.

Can you post a dxdiag report of your system? We really need to know a lot of information about your system, its hardware, its drivers, and what version of Windows, before we can even start guessing as to what might be the problem.

Initially, I’d suggest the basic troubleshooting methods.

1) Update your drivers from the manufacturer’s websites.
2) Update DirectX using the web installer from the Microsoft Website.
3) Try enabling and disabling options on the GW2 graphics options page to see if one of them is causing this.
4) Since there is a Mac beta client, try running it and see if you have the same problem. You should be able to use the same GW2.DAT file for the Mac and the Windows version, so you don’t need to download the entire game again.

I’m running an AMD Radeon HD 6750m video card. I have completely updated the driver for the video card and updated DirectX. I have checked all the video settings but nothing in the game changes it. I’ll give it a try on the Mac version and I’ll post the dxdiag report when I get the chance.

Did you use bootcamp?
Did you let bootcamp download the latest driver and write them to a CD/USB?

I know you can do the gfx manually, but maybe related to screen driver or colour profile.

Also do you see the green hue in windowed and full screen mode?

I had the same issue. I hit the button on my monitor to open menu. Then it fixed itself.
