Guild Wars 2

Our guild is looking for some ways to raise money (besides donations) to help fund giveaways, pay for our website and pay for our Teamspeak server. I am just really looking for a developer, or someone more familiar with the Terms of Service to identify to me if doing a “guild raffle” on donated items in-game would be against the Terms of Service? I don’t want to violate any rules or anything, so just looking for some insight on this.

if it involves RMT in any way its a no go.
