Problem here and a big one. Currently run one of the largest guilds on SoS. Stay maxed. Well someone we booted from guild has decided to start another guild with the same tag for spite in an attempt to ruin our name. Ive submitted tickets with no response. I thought you couldn’t have two guilds with the same tags on the same server? This needs to be fixed for problems such as this. Have worked way too hard for some spiteful individual to try and ruin our rep by being a troll in mapchat ect…

Oh and they are allrdy up to 40 members because they are claiming to be our guild…

You will have to be patient. Support is the only option here.

Stick to 1 ticket! Multiples will only lead to a slower response and is also not allowed.

There is no rule against tags being the same. However, if they are harassing you/pretending to be you, that should be actionable. As the others have said, submit a ticket.

No actions can be made, people copied our tag all the time in gw 1 without consequences.

There’s are no rules against having the same guild name as you there is no copyright laws or anything protecting you
