Never had problems with the game till today and nothing has changed on my computers hardware or software. I try to login but it doesnt let me. I get the error code: 42:1000:7006:1322 Pls help!

Same here, try to get in for 10 min. Not working.
Guess problems with the server itself ?

Are you people from Belgium? We are two on the FR forum with the same issue.

I am from Belgium, and I have the same problem. The problem started at 02.00h at night, got kicked from the client, and can’t log in since.

I can connect if i go through a VPN located in Holland. Not without it. The other one on the FR forum who also also had the problem can connect now without VPN (i’m on Telenet, he is on Belgacom).

FR forum if you want to check but there is nothing new to check actually

I’m in the same region and can’t login either.

I just tried again and it works now.

And I got kicked out again.

Slightly different error code but based in Belgium and getting the same issues.

Oh and given we have reports from people using different service providers, I guess its Anet’s end that is at fault

Same problem.
Though I can log in, but after some minutes I get the same code as the OP. After that I dc and it takes me +/- 10 mins to log back in. After the whole process start over in a never ending cycle.

Yep, also from Belgium and also been having problems to log on all day =( What sorcery is this!

Getting error 5.11.3 everytime i finally get past the login screen, i really hope it’s on anet side cause with the price of ISP in belgium it’s really crap

My provider is Belgacom so it isn’t provider related and it started yesterday evening

I get kicked yesterday 22:00 and now I’m getting error code : Code=5:11:3:159:101 .

I’ve just ran the Diagnostic Tool ;-) and put the log in this post. Please Anet fix this asap!!

Edit: To run the Diagnostic Tool, you can add -diag after your shortcut in the properties window so please also post those logs maybe it can help them

I’m from Belgium as well, and got kicked yesterday evening around 21.30.
Didn’t manage to get in anymore, this morning i got back in, but after an hour back kicked out.
I try’ed to adjust my firewalls, inti-virus, port assignments, even re-installed the game, without any success.

It’s a bit annoying when the wvw tournaments is on and want to help our server win.

it is back online it seems. both site and game

The log-in & game were back on between 5pm and 9pm, but an hour later they were gone again here =(

here it is gone also like 10 mins ago —’ what the hell are they doing with those server connections?

Another Belgian here. Managed to log in for about an hour and then got booted with the error the OP posted. Any ideas what is causing this + possible fix?

Yup, Same here… I’m on telenet, Belgium as well.
If I create a VPN to another provider, I can log in just fine and I won’t get kicked.

A friend of mine, a fellow Belgian had the same issue as well being on Telenet.

I have contacted Telenet and support. Let’s hope someone can fix it.

IF this had been purely affecting Telenet clients, I would have hoped Telenet would have been able to check out the issue, but given others are also affected that do not use Telenet, I wont hold my breath on them being able to do anything at all.

USA here, same error code.

I am already playing for a few hours now, this is getting very strange.

Able to login again. Been playing for one hour now without problems.

this is getting weird :p for removing my post they can send a message but for telling what the possible cause is not? :S this is getting quite depressing
