Today, August 21st 2013, 12:20AM Central time, my guild mate was perma banned for alleged ‘gold selling’. He says that he believes his account may have gotten flagged because he purchased Gem’s and then turned them into gold and then he sent a trade with gold to me to complete the ‘Golden’ achievement. [which was then sent back] Next thing he knows, he’d been perma banned from the game and cannot even access the forums [thus the reason I am posting this here.]

This is not something that he does regularly. I know there is the occasional gift he’ll send other players [15g here, 10g there] but he is not a ‘gold farmer’ or ‘selling gold’ in the slightest.

He needs to contact support. He should go to the support tab at the top of the page and then to ‘ask a question’.

He should be able to do that, even if he can’t access the forums.

He’s sent in a ticket as well with a link to this forum post, and vice versa.
