Unfortunately I am not certain what kind of ticket this is supposed to fall under when contacting Support (assuming this can be brought to Support):

My guild, Proper Penguins [PP], a small guild of only about 6-7 players including me, moved recently from the Gate of Madness server to the Tarnished Coast server. Unfortunately, I was unable to follow a day later when I got the message about the move, as the Tarnished Coast server is full. Would they be able to allow me to move to the Tarnished Coast server to be with my friends and guild?

Try moving during off peak hours, you should be able to get in. Early morning is usually a good time to try.

If you play WvW you can expect longer queues though.

I did try to get in between 3-4am PST, then again at 7am PST today, Friday, but it was still full. I moved to Ehmry Bay for the moment, as I have a few friends there from another guild until I can figure out how to get onto Tarnished Coast with my main guild.

I used that influence item to help [PP] out, so I feel bad not being able to continue with them for the foreseeable future.

All I can say is keep trying, it might be tough to get in this weekend though. Eventually you will get in.

But maybe you will enjoy your stay on Ehmry Bay. That is where my guild moved to. We wanted to get away from the WvW queues and zergs on the top tier servers.
