Guild Wars 2

I submitted a ticket on aug 25 about my new guild wars 1 account I purchased the day before not working anymore. It will not let me log in and says my key is already used when I try to create a new account again.I finally received a response on Aug 30. My account was supposedly moved over to match my gw2 credentials but I still cannot log into gw1 and now tech support is no longer replying.

I have a $30.00 game I cannot access for over a week now and support isn’t helping resolve this issue. Is there a way I can get a refund or some help in resolving this? ticket number 2337879

This is NOT GW1.. You wont get support here..

Actually, the GW2 CS Team will assist you with access for Guild Wars(One). That’s about the only support they offer, other than exploits.

Try updating your game by creating a shortcut with -image behind it, it will then download the full game? maybe it will then work or try -repair behind it to fix it?
