Guild Wars 2

Hi i bought guild wars 2 2 hours ago, and when i click the shortcut, its starts downloading, (The play button cant highlight ) And whenever it gets to 12% it just stops; I really wanna play this game, so can i get help?

You can try downloading from a different desktop and transfer the gw2 files.

There might be 3rd party applications/security software interfering. Try doing a cleanboot mode. (see Part 1.1 here)
