So I was asked to change my password by the client so I figured fine I’ll change it now. Went to the website and realized my password was so secure I did not remember it, so decided to try and reset it. (remembered it in the mean time since I am logged in) The reset page asks me for my serial code which it says I should have received by email if I bought it online. However, I do not have such an email. (Searched for it). I suspect this is due to my account being an @ncsoft account at the time of purchase.
So my question is – how can I recover my serial code in case I need it some other time to reset my password.
