Guildwars2 Purchase Gone BAD!
Try updating your browser I internet Explorer 9 and firefox and had no issue getting the page to load. As far as I know there is no direct line to contact them, just fill out a support ticket and it will be taken care of. And the digital support does not take weeks most likely it will be resolved in 3-4 days if you keep an eye on your email so you can answer any questions support asks you.
There was already a report about the price switching up upon the buying. It was said that it is just a display issue and the charge should be the original lower price. If that is not true, they expect that the buyers will contact support in order to get this straightened out.
So contact support to find out, what happened and what can be done.
well i bought 3 copies about 5 days BEFORE it went on sale…..
