Q:
Gw1 account management
They probably could, but its going to depend on why it was banned, and when it was banned, only support can help you.
the reason it was banned was valid although it wasn’t on purpose because i was too young at that point of time and it’s been many years. I also accidently have my gw2 account linked to my banned account ( i had 2 gw1 accounts). So i asked this question, because i dont want to bother ArenaNet if there is nothing they can do.
They can do it…but “I was young” is generally not an accepted excuse to behaviors violating the ToS.

I stated the reason was valid how can i have an excuse for something thats valid

You want them to excuse the behavior, and unban your account, because you were young. (the only explanation you’ve offered)
That’s generally not an accepted excuse.
That’s all I’m sayin’.
This may, or may not, be informational:
If my Guild Wars account has been terminated, can I still use my Hall of Monuments for Guild Wars 2?
No. Once an account has been terminated it cannot be accessed again. This includes the ability to link that account to a Guild Wars 2 account. If a Guild Wars or Guild Wars 2 account is terminated, we cannot unlink the terminated account to allow a new account to be linked.

Good luck.

According to that you shouldn’t of been able to link if it was already banned. Have you tried logging in to the account?
If you are really good at apologizing sincerely and can explain how you’ve changed, there’s a chance (slim though it might be) that someone might review your account and reverse the ban.
However, if the rhetoric used is roughly what we’ve seen in this thread, I’d estimate the chances to be ‘none or less’. (I don’t mean to discourage the OP, just to remind them that it’s not enough to say, “I was young and foolish”.)

I do mean to discourage them from submitting these tickets.
He admits he broke the rules and his only explanation is that he was young…there’s some things that people should not bother support with while there’s much larger issues at hand.

Support are literally there to help solve issues so that people can play the game. There’s no bigger goal they’re working towards and I don’t think you really get to decide what issues should be their priority.
While “I was young” isn’t the best excuse, it is somewhat valid. People do make poor decisions when they’re younger. Children don’t have fully developed brains or morality complexes. They often lack the ability to make informed or mature decisions (though plenty of adults struggle with that too).
While I can’t say whether or not OP should be unbanned, we don’t know what the original offence was, there’s absolutely no reason not to submit a support ticket. It’s likely going to be a very quick yes or no for them and will take up maybe 10 minutes maximum. When you purchase a good you should be entitled to the same support everyone else is.
