I checked out the thread and the issue you’re having sounds like a rather odd one, have you tried talking to support? as in support tab at the very top of the page.
If its a rather specialised issue and very few have experienced it, its probably better to get one on one help from the IT guys. That being said if anyone else has a solution feel free to post

I haven’t, didn’t want to annoy them with this kind of issue( they have alot more important things then this to solve) I can live with mine but if someone have same issue and found fix would be great.
