Only Support can do that and it sounds like you have already been in touch with them. Update your ticket (reply to the email) and make that request. I’m pretty sure that they normally lock the account as soon as they realize an actual compromise has happened.

You will not be able to get what you want from this site. This site is to give advice and and answers and for Gaile to see ticket numbers that need special attention. Regular support isn’t reading this forum.
All you can do is make sure your computer is secure and continue working with support on any issues. As long as your account hasn’t been hacked before you can get it rolled back to a point before the hack to recover deleted characters and lost items and gold.
see about locking down your email through the site you use for service. That will need to be your first step. Second add an authenticator to your account. I’m having similar issues.
