i have a serious problem , when i was downloading a wintersday patch my friend pulled wrong cable on laptops %0 charge and laptop closed. i re-opened the gw2 and i saw 2windows loader(patch downloader) and repairing data archive (there is no change to close and this have very very slow download ) at last download slowed and stop now %32 till 30min(stoped or very very very slow) and dont download anything btw repairing window stoped too(stoped still looks same till 1hour)

try the -repair and/or -image command.

if that doesn’t work, rename your GW2 folder to something else and try reinstalling.

when comes %61 crashes blue screen and my computer restarting wtf !!1

is there any admin on this forum or people try to solve their own problems ?

bluescreen is drivers and device related errors. What error code did the bluescreen give?

i do not know what to do too.. i run it and it locked up my computer every time it downloads. I have disabled all my internet security, microsoft firewall.. all programs on boot, uninstalled.. reinstalled into a new folder outside of programs..and when installing get the problem…

I guess i can no longer play this game.. Is this what Arenanet wants? People to stop playing their game?
