Hi, whenever I boot from the launcher I get this message…
I’ve left it for a little while, waited for updates, it didn’t work,
I uninstalled, that didn’t work. I really want to get on for the
Halloween event, please help!

I didn’t look at the details but I resolved the issue myself.
Currently I am running on the Windows 10, testing OS. The problem was that GW2 was still trying to boot with Windows 7 configurations.
To resolve this for anyone with the same problem, find your GW2.exe location, mine is:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Guild Wars 2
Right Click > Properties > Compatability > Tick “Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select “Windows 8”
