Q:

My account was hacked i lost everything.. i want to play guildwars 2 normaly without having to use the phone app every time i log on, and so i should be able too.. iv lost everything iv worked for and see no reason to keep playing the game.

Hello Crago.

As Michael says, you need to contact as soon as possible to Customer Support. Also, we do have the possibility of rolling back your account, if you wish, to a point prior to the hacking episode (we are offering this once per account). I would also recommend you to use always a very unique password never used before and enabling the two authenticator systems that we have.
