Hacked Account?

i think my account was hacked… i logged on to check the updates and because i have auto play on it auto played for me. when i got on my character, i ended up being with the vigil when i NEVER remembered aligning with them. i remember the last thing i did was get caladbolg for my sylvari personal story.

Please help. i was indeed hacked before on a different character but this is different. now that they chose something for my personal story, i cant redo it…

BTW is it possible for Anet to even “rewind” my personal story? just on that character, i dont mind if they have to redo my characters level, i just want it back to the way it was.

If you were hacked, submit a ticket using the “Ask a Question” tab on this page: http://support.guildwars2.com/

As for a rollback, you need to qualify for one, and that takes research on Anet’s part.

That does sound suspicious. I really encourage you to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket.

As for “rewinds” or “roll backs,” yes, we do have that option for qualifying accounts. Please see this thread for more information.
