Hacked. Can't disconnect player.
Same thing happened to me just this last Friday. You need to go to support, ask a question and select ‘Account Hacked’ as the header. Provide as much info as possible and you will need to include your product code and your full username to help them out.
Currently, I’m still waiting for a rollback. However, I did get the e-mail last night asking me if I wanted one and am still waiting for them to do it after I immediately responded. Good luck and hope you have a speedy recovery on your account.

I really encourage you to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post.
