Hi, By the next day I can not get into your account. SOMEONE HACKED MY ACCOUNT AND CHANGED TO EMAIL ME FROM ACCOUNT.
I CANT CHANGE PASSWORD, WHEN I RESET IT, NO MAIL DO NOT COME!! SO I CANT RESET IT, ANYONE CHANGE MY EMAIL FOR ACC! ITS BEEN TWO DAYS. AND TICKET AND GUILDWARS DONT HELP ME.
SO.. AWESOME, TYVM.
I send the ticket, and guildwars write me only again and again:
1. Obtain anti-virus software, make sure it is updated with the latest files, and do a full scan of your system for viruses and key-loggers.
2. Change the password on your e-mail account. The new password should be one you have never used anywhere else.
3. Change the password on your Guild Wars 2 account. That new password should be one you have never used anywhere else and should not be the same as your new e-mail password.
