Hi! a guildmate got his account hacked since 31 august,the ticket number is
120831-008189
You’ve sent him a new code to recover his account 2 days ago but the code is invalid,can you sent him a new code to recover his account plz?He updated his ticket saying that the code didnt work but still no awnser.
