Hello Anet, I will be posting this one last thread to tell you what I think about my battle with your support.

My girlfriends account got hacked like plenty others as we can see on your forum, there is clearly a security breach somewhere because I don’t think it could be anything else due to the fact of so many posts on this issue in so little time. I have fought with your support for the past week and the last email I got if I can do quick resume said " we don’t care and we won’t do anything about your issue, thank you and goodbye". The first time she got banned was when she auctioned for a precursor on the black lion trading panel and the person who sold her the item got it by illegal methods so in the end she had the item in her inventory and she is the one who got the ban. On top of that they rolled back her account to remove the item and she ended up being the faulty one,

Now that her account is banned for real (like many others in the past 3 weeks) Anet doesn’t want to roll back the account because support are saying that she already got a rollback (which wasn’t her fault may I remind you). I do not like the way support answered back to our issue, with that much lack of respect we got I don’t even know how she did not to blow a fuse and start being mean with your support.

Now, she refuses to play this game she invested so much on and she refuses to play without all her gear and gold, I am quitting the game also because of the lack of help we received and I can’t say I am happy about it because I love the game and I didn’t mind putting more money into your gem store but with all this it’s a no go.

You can blame it all you want on her lack of security measure on her PC but her GW2 email is used for nothing else other than for logging into this game, not even to receive emails. She used a password so hard even she can’t remember it and has to write it down on something and that password is used nowhere else. I don’t know what you expect more than that from a casual computer user but I think she tried hard enough to protect her account.

Now if you care or not is up to you but, we refuse to even click on the game icon to open it if it ends like this.

I’m sorry she was hacked and that the account had already received it’s one rollback.

I don’t buy that the first ban was from buying something from the auction house. I’ve never once heard of someone getting banned from and AH purchase. Now if you said she bought it unknowingly from a gold seller thru the mail. That I would believe.

You can have your own opinion, I am telling this exactly as it happened and I have nothing to gain by lying because I am quitting this game any ways.
