Guild Wars 2

I need help getting my password from my old guild wars account. I do not have access to the old email tied to the account, and I also submitted a ticket about the same problem. I know the old account email was, however I cannot reset the password because I do not have access to the old email. I am trying to get the rewards for the hall of monuments considering I paid for all the old expansions in Guild wars 1 and I know I spent quite a bit of time. If a moderator could get in contact with me I am currently in game on GW2 and my name is Zeko.6418. I have confidential information about the old account that I can provide to validate I am the original owner. Thank you!
