I’m not sure if it would be better to post twice or put em together, or even if this is something that’s relevant, but the Hall of monuments calculator (says its in beta still
) isnt working on any of my browsers and also (separately) I wanted to upgrade my Pre-purchase package, is that an option?

The HoM Calculator is often bugged; seems it has hit a snag again.
You can upgrade your Standard Edition HoT pre-purchase to the Deluxe Edition in the Gem Store.
You can not upgrade from Standard or Deluxe to Ultimate. You may be able to get a refund from the Billing CS Team, and then pre-purchase the Ultimate Edition. Link to Support above/below.

The HoM calculator is fixed now by the way.
If you want to change your pre-purchase package you’ll have to contact support about it.
