Hello!

My account has been banned since the 31st because someone in China got ahold of it and did something.

I have submitted tickets in every way told (Original: 120831-021599, and Correctly prioritized: 120902-001379) and have received no word.

I am also the very first post in the “People awaiting help” thread.

I was hoping that 7 days was enough, because I go in for surgery today and wanted to play as I recover this week.

Can someone please tell me I’m not being ignored!

I did that! Nothing happened! Been waiting since the 31st.

Also you feel like you’re being ignored because you ARE being ignored.

I updated. However, it wont let me delete old tickets for some reason

I closed the ones they told me to make in error. So now i just have my original and the correctly prioritized one, because I don’t know which they would prefer.

Hate to say it, but I know exactly how you feel.

Ticket is 10 days old – 8/27.
My enthusiasm for this game is on life-support at the moment.

Jeez, if a lot of people with the bad luck to have their accounts hacked are having trouble, then…

I don’t see my serial code issue being fixed any time soon at all.
