Sounds like either your graphics card has overheated (despite you speeding up the fan), the fan has failed, or your power supply might be failing.
These are guesses, of course. It’s hard to diagnose actual problems this way.
You could try opening up your computer and reseating everything and unpluging and re attaching all leads. it may just be a loose connection.

If it was constantly overheating at 90degrees+, you could be facing permanent hardware damages (especially if it’s a cheaply manufactured card).
Make sure you clean out the card itself and check your 12v rail voltages using a bios reader and make sure it’s within +-10% of 12volts.
