Nor do I.
You can contact the Tech CS Team via the ‘Support’ link for assistance.
Good luck.
I’m using a reasonably good computer, not top of the line any more but good enough to run GW2 on max graphics settings with 60fps most of the time, 40 when there’s a lot on screen (15 for things like WvW zergs). I’m using a Microsoft OS (Windows 7 until recently, now 10) and an AMD graphics card with up to date drivers. So generally the same sort of setup as you.
I have never had the problem you’re describing. Sometimes when I go into a loading screen it will take a second for the picture to appear and while that’s happening the screen is black, but that’s the only thing I can think of that in any way resembles this.
Given that and the other responses to this topic I think it’s safe to say it’s not a universal problem with the game itself, which means unless you’ve contacted Support to report the bug Anet may well be completely unaware you’re having this problem. And of course they can’t fix a problem they don’t know about.
But if you send in a support ticket with full details on your computer (including exactly which drivers you’re using) and a description of the problem with example of what you’re doing when it happens they might be able to help you fix it.

I had this happen to me before. It was a rather simple fix, well at least for me.
1.) Restart your computer. Do not open any programs, let whatever programs you have on startup run.
2.) Use the Disk cleanup, check all boxes, delete everything.
3.) press CTRL + R, enter – % temp % (no space all together) , delete all files in that folder. You will get a prompt to confirm, click yes. Don’t worry it’s safe, some files won’t be deleted because they’re being used by other programs. That’s okay.
4.) go to C:\Windows\Temp and delete all files in that folder. Same thing as above.
5.) restart your computer and see if it fixes it
If that doesn’t fix it then the gpu driver must be crashing at some point. Try rolling back to the previous version of the driver you’re using.
Just to clear the air, it’s not the games fault. If gw2 starts and is running fine but without any warning or error popping up going to the black screen is because the gpu has failed to display the game running. They game itself still thinks is running fine and you can confirm that by opening the Task Manager when the screen goes black.

the white knight train is strong
i played this game long ago, never had a black screen issue
i decided to play again, using the same computer
obviously i play other games some with higuer specs needed to play, and i use max settings in everything because the computer is a gamer strong one
the only game which randomly goes into black screen, blinks during loading, random dcs, is this one
same hardware…just software changed
so yeah its the game not me or others because i investigated in the internet
Laptop? There’s a problem with some dual-GPU laptops where it has trouble selecting the proper, dedicated GPU. It became more of a problem when GW2 forced the 64-bit client, since some switching software is based on filenames. There’s another problem which causes it to blink during loading, which can be resolved by disabling v-sync and using windowed or fullscreen windowed. Upgraded to Windows 10 on a laptop? Laptops are specialized, so there’s a good chance of bad drivers.
If you get random black screens, where GW2 is actually black and you can alt-tab back to Windows, there’s a problem with some routers where a certain packet gets blocked, which causes GW2 to go black.
If the screen actually turns off, your graphics drivers are crashing.
Assuming you’ve been switched to the 64-bit client, you can go back to 32-bit by using the option: Gw2.exe -32
