Haven't received my Legacy Armor
What version of GW2 do you currently have and when did you buy it? The Heroic chest was only sent to players that had old SKUs that Anet no longer uses.
If you purchased your edition of the game after August 2013, or have ever previously been sent or acquired a Legacy Armor Box (in a Heroic Chest), you will not receive one.
If you have contacted the CS Team and failed to receive the automated ‘Thank you for your request’ email, check the Stickies above to read about ‘Not Getting Our Emails…’.
If you have received the automated CS response, and it has been over 72 hours since, you can post your ticket number in the Sticky above, ‘Tickets for Review’.
