Having key delay issues
Your ping and latency in other applications is irrelevant. It is your ping to the Austin TX servers that GW2 uses that is important. When you’re in game and experiencing ping issues type /ip into the chat box, which will give you an IP. Then you can test your ping to that IP outside of the game and see if/where packet loss or latency are occurring.

^^^^ You will want to use PingPlotter or TraceRoute. If you want to post the results here someone may be able to assist you. If you want direct help from Anet support, you will need to file a support ticket using the support link at the top of this page.
