Well, a few things that would help would be the error code, your system specs (to determine if it’s a hardware issue), you ISP (to help determine if it’s a provider issue), Whether you’re connected to a European or NA server… that sort of thing. There’s also a link in this thread to a program that helps ANet figure out what your connection issues may be.
