I just bought a total makeover package on the gem store, and it shows up in my recent purchases but it was not sent to my mail. Whats going on?

I wouldn’t do much in game right now as their seems to be something messed up with the servers. Some numerous threads about it…

Is your mailbox empty enough to even get the email?
If not try deleting some.

They send purchases via in-game e-mail that counts toward your 10 personal e-mail limit (why I don’t know). You need to delete some of those so it will appear. Don’t forget e-mail sent by finishing Heart contacts come with money, so pick it up before deleting those.
