Help! Hacked and Moved to a new world!
A couple months back my account got hacked. I recovered the account just recently and then noticed that I am now in a EU French world. Now the only way for me to get back with my friends is to pay almost $25 dollars? I submitted a ticket but there was no specific subcategory for a problem like this, so I figured I should come in here and see if there is another workaraound.
Are you planning on deleting your characters? Deleting all of your characters will allow you to pick a new home server.

Um… I guess I could… I have a level 43 guardian though. I really don’t want to delete all my characters if I can avoid it.
If your account got hacked, they should restore the account to the state it was before the hacking. So normally you will be back in the correct world i guess.
hoegarden is correct restore your GW2 to the state it was BEFORE the hacking issue occured. If you have any more issues just ask me.
I have the same issue, I deleted all of my characters (My characters were only lv 10-13) even theone the hacker leveled to 60. But I still cant move back to the NA servers from the EU servers.
I dont want to create new topic so I will ask you here, folks.
Maybe I`m dumb but somebody can tell me where can I request Account Restoration?
