I have problem with Mobile Authenticator. I not play Guild Wars 2 long time. When I logged in to my account, my character was changed. Someone hacked into my account. This person has changed my settings “Mobile Authenticator Beta”.This person has turn on this options. So, I changed the password to the game. But unfortunately, I can not disable this option. Do nobody haven’t access to my password.
Is it possible to somehow disable this option?
Please quick help.

If that doesn’t work send an email to support@arenanet.com. Make sure to send it from a secure email address.

Also run a full scan of your pc for keyloggers and such, because whoever haced you has your info and probably also access to the email associated with the game.

You might also want to change your email password.
