A friend of mine’s account one day was disabled as the credit card owner (his father) denied the charge because he did not recognize NCsoft was the charge for Guild Wars 2. With the refunded money, he bought a new serial code and attempted to put it on his account and he still could not log in. He submitted a ticket to get this resolved, but was not clear on the issue nor helpful in responding to Arenanet. In the ticket they asked for order #s and the first serial code he and on his account and he only replied with the second one. I know the first serial code, and the second along with order #s as he has forwarded the information to me in hopes I can resolve it for him and get him back in the game. As I cannot submit a ticket on his behalf I was hoping I could get some help on the forums here whether the thread is hidden from public sight or I am private messaged in some way. I understand it is unusual to have to do something like this but he has given up on trying to get his account back and I would really like him back in the game.
